{ REVIEW } Skinfood Let's Fresh Yogurt Cleansing Foam & Skinfood Let's Mousse Cheese Cleansing Foam

Not long ago Skinfood launched delectable looking but not edible cleansing line which Yogurt, Cheese and Milk cleansers are included in the line. If you guys realized, a lot of companies are using cheese to promote their products recently! Most of you probably are already introduced to cheese cream (Mizon is probably the first Korean brand that I know uses cheese in their cream and recently Tony Moly introduced their cheese cream too) but this time Skinfood includes cheese as one of the ingredients in their cleanser. Some of you might not like the idea of using cheese on your face but not me! lol. I find it interesting and since I really like cheese to be in my food (I'm eating my fries with a cheese dip right as I'm writing this review lol) so I don't mind having it in my skincare products too. Meanwhile Yogurt and Milk in skincare products on the other hand are not something we're not familiar with.

There are total of five products of the Let's Cleansing line. Let's Fresh for Yogurt, Let's Milky for Milk and Let's Mousse for Cheese. Let's Milky Milk on the other hand is available in three types which are the cleansing foam, bubble cleanser and lastly a hand cleanser. I decided to get the Let's Milky in bubble cleanser type for myself instead of the cleansing foam and I'll be reviewing it later. Today I've decided to review both Yogurt and Cheese cleansing foam together because honestly there isn't much difference for both of them except the scent and supposedly different benefits.

PACKAGING

Skinfood Let's cleansing line comes in normal size and jumbo size. Mine is in the normal size and both packaging for normal and jumbo is the same. The packaging is very simple and straight-forward yet still adorable. It's made by plastic and the color play the vital role in the packaging as it's there to make a different between Milk, Yogurt and Cheese. I would say the packaging is lovely but it's not the wow factor of the product. Light pink hue is used to indicate Yogurt, Yellow for cheese and finally blue to indicate Milk for the packaging.

The cleanser doesn't come in a box and it come wrapped in a hard plastic with a tear part on the side instead. There's no english descriptions at all and you can see your manufacturing date on the back.

This is how the cap looks like after usage. At first it's easy to control the amount of cleanser that you want but as time goes by it's kinda hard to control it. I share the cleansers with my mom and both of us often have trouble on getting the right amount of the cleanser. We often ended up with too much cleanser or the cleanser just flew and stuck on the wall, mirror or everywhere else lol. It's hard to explain but it's unlike other cleanser tubes I've used previously. The tube is quite soft, it's easy to squeeze and that lead to too much of the product coming out of the tube. Because of that the cap is usually a mess too.

SCENT

• Yogurt smells super nice! Both me and my mom love the scent so much. It doesn't smell too strong and as I'm not good at describing scent I can't really describes it well but I think it has floral scent with a hint of baby scent (my favorite scent!). 

• Cheese doesn't smell that much different from Yogurt but it's much more subtle (I can't even tell what it smells like unless I sniff really hard to figure it out but even so I still can't really tell lol) . It's weaker than yogurt. My mom and I like yogurt better than cheese.

INGREDIENTS TALK

I wanted to talk about the ingredients after a long time not doing (since my latest reviews are lip products) but too bad I can't find the ingredients list in English... I'm really sorry guys. D:

TEXTURE.CONSISTENCY.FORMULA

The texture is just like most cleansing foams you can find. It's the usual thick rich cream type of texture and consistency and is white in color. It cleanses my skin well without leaving any tightness and leaves my skin with a slight moisture afterwards.

CLEANSING TEST 

I didn't realize I used waterproof eyeliner for the picture above until I was like why this is so hard to erase? lol

it removes normal eyeliner decently too. 

Overall both of them do a great job on cleansing enough to remove my foundations, lipsticks even eyeliners decently albeit it might leaves some residue sometimes (but I've no problem with it at all because it's a cleanser and not a make-up remover).

WHAT'S MY OPINION?

Nothing extraordinary, it's just like most cleansers you can find out there but it's a good cleanser nevertheless since it doesn't dry out my skin because I can still feel moisture left on my skin afterwards. I really like Yogurt version because of the scent! Cheese on the other hand has a more subtle scent than Yogurt and both of them aren't really that different except their scents and functions. Yogurt is more suitable for oily skin and Cheese is more for dry skin. Cheese will leaves your skin with slightly more moisture than Yogurt does. 

PROS

1. Cleanses well!

2. Doesn't dry out my skin. 

3. Can still feel the moisture after cleansing. 

4. Nice scent (at least for me and my mom, lol. Cheese has a subtle scent than Yogurt.) 

5. Adorable packaging. 

6. Comes in different types (Yogurt, Cheese and Milk)

7. Available in two different size (normal version and jumbo version)

CONS

1. The tube is soft making it's hard to control the amount of cleanser after few usage. 

2. Hard to control the amount of cleanser lead to a messy tube especially around the cap.

Unboxing } Major B!

Major B is a newly launched online store based in Malaysia and was founded in 2016 by Kristi! I'm introduced to Major B thanks to Mira from Lemieletlavanille! She posted pictures of the box and of course the box is what got me attracted! haha. { Review } Etude House Snowy Dessert Pudding Tint

 Last Christmas Etude House launched their  Etude House Snowy Dessert Holiday Collection which consists of a pudding tint (which I'll be reviewing today), play 101 pencil, cookie blusher, contour maker, scented wax tablet and hand creams to complete the collection. Previously Etude presented us their Sweet Recipe collection which no doubt now that Etude have a fondness on desserts as a theme for their collections which promises you a delectable wonderland! I've no complain at all.

Etude describes this tint as a soft pudding tint that melts lips with its sweet and soft embrace, let's see does it live up to its claim or not. Without further ado, shall we continue with the review?

PACKAGING

Isn't the box just so so adorable?! It definitely fits its "snowy dessert" name. It reminds me of those cute dessert boxes! The Etude House logo on top of the box is the cherry on the cake! The red and black hues combination they're using is my cup of tea. I definitely won't throw away the box! It's something to keep, haha.

On the side of the box you can find the ingredients list and.. 

They let you know that there's a spatula included inside too!

On the bottom of the box there are your shade, descriptions, directions, caution in both Korean and English. On the bottom of the tint you can see your shade and expiry date too. 

When you open the box you can see that the tint is secured inside of the box. The spatula included is covered in a hard plastic too.

The tint itself is stored in a sturdy glass jar with the dessert logo as embellishment on top of the jar. It's a screw cap which you have to twist to open. You can tell your shade just by looking at the jar too.

A plastic cap is included inside to prevent unwanted leaking but I've read some other bloggers claimed that their pudding tint arrived in a leaky mess. Honestly I'm not really sure whether the plastic cap could help to prevent the product from leaking or not but I guess it's better to be there than nothing at all? haha. The cute little spatula on the other hand is quite useless imo. Sure, it does help pick the product better than using hand but it doesn't help on applying the tint at all. I think a mini brush would be better than a mini spatula. It's hard to maneuver the spatula around your lips especially around your lip corners. The spatula is a no-no for me. You have to wash the spatula fast too or else the lip tint will leave stain on it. This kind of packaging makes it hard to reapply the lip tint when needed. Sorry for the so many pictures for the packaging, I didn't realize that I took a lot photos of it, lol. I didn't realize I took the pictures with low exposure too so sorry for the graininess (had to edit the brightness in Photoshop) in some of the pictures (I didn't realize until I finally uploaded them).

SCENT 

For me this is another plus point of this product albeit the scent is quite strong so some of you might not like it tho. It just smells so so nice! Mine is strawberry and it does smells like one. It reminds me of a strawberry swirl candy. It has a delectable scent but it's still something synthetic so it isn't something pleasant to taste. lol.

TEXTURE.CONSISTENCY.FORMULA

The texture is very unique indeed. It has a pudding-like consistency. Now looking back at the name, it's a pudding tint indeed. Playing with the tint reminds me of those sweet time when I was eating a caramel pudding, hahaha.



In the jar, it looks like a it would have a lip balm consistency but nope. I think with just words not enough to explain the consistency of this tint, lol. This gif below might help you understand the consistency better.

It's very pudding-like! When applies, I get the same feelings of applying Vaseline on my lips. It has that buttery feelings but I don't know why I ended up getting small chunks on my lips (I felt like the spatula is the one to blame because it applies smoothly with my finger). The amount of product you pick play a big role on how the tint will looks on your lips too. The formula is quite inconsistent so you will be getting different results each time you use it. It felt slightly thick on lips as if you're wearing a lip balm too. The good thing is it doesn't accentuates fine lines (weird because I've read some bloggers said their tint accentuates fine lines albeit I do believe different shade has a different consistency too) however it did accentuate the dry spots on my lips (my lips is really dry lately, I need to drink more water...). I realized now that if I apply the tint thinly, it's quite drying but if I apply it thickly, it's slightly more hydrating than Espoir Couture Touch Lip Fluid that I previously reviewed.  Another thing I realized is this tint has a formula that is very suitable for those who like gradient lips! It's very easy to create gradient lips with this tint.

COLOR.SHADE

Etude offers 5 shades for us which are Strawberry, Apricot, Grapefruit,  Lychee and lastly Apple. I got mine in Strawberry.

As usual I picked Strawberry because it's my favorite kind of hue. The pigmentation of this tint is caught me off guard. I thought it won't be that pigmented but I'm indeed wrong. It has great pigmentation (albeit the pigmentation differs in shades) and it's really vibrant so a little goes a long way.

WEAR TIME. TESTS

The wear time without eating or drinking alone is around 5 hours or more for me. It does transfer to your cup or straw whenever you're drinking quite easily but even with drinking or eating it does leave noticeable stain behind as you can see above.

FINISHING LOOKS.

Strawberry is a brighter, medium-dark fuchsia red with cool, blue undertones and a semi-matte finish. As you can see in the photo above, it does accentuates dry patches but it's not really that visible from far. This kind of hues for styles ranging from modern minimalist to bold and dramatic.

WHAT'S MY OPINION? 

Considering the affordable price and the great color payoff it gives, I like it! As someone who adores gradient lips more than something bold and dramatic, this is really my cup of tea. I don't mind purchasing another shades! Having pudding-like texture lip product is a new experience to me. The shade is just really gorgeous even it's quite drying D':  

PROS

1. Great pigmentation.

2. Super adorable packaging! 

3. Great for both gradient lips and that bold and dramatic look!

4. Leaves noticeable stain behind even after eating/drinking.

5. Affordable.

6. Travel-friendly packaging. 

7. Unique formula (some might like it some might not)

8. A little goes a long way. 

9. Has a strawberry candy scent.

CONS

1. Accentuates dry patches but not that noticeable. 

2. The formula is a hit-or-miss. 

3. Transfer quite easily.

4. The applicator isn't that useful.

5. Some might not like the synthetic scent/taste it has.
6. If applied thinly it's quite drying.

✧✧TIPS

1. Apply a layer of foundation on your lips before applying this tint for gradient lips and matte finishing. 

2. Exfoliates your lips before using for best result. 

3. Using a lip brush is better option than using the applicator included.
4. Blot your lips with a tissue if you want the tint to last longer.
5. Use a lip balm to prevent it from accentuates dry patches but the tint won't last longer.

Introducing my cats!

INTRODUCING MY CATS

Hey guys, today post will be something different from the usual! I'll be introducing my two naughty cats to you guys in this post! I know most of you guys are reading my blog usually for my reviews but I do hope you guys don't mind me posting something else other than reviews. I thought it would be fun to write a post about my cats because I've a lot to talk about them! I know some of you do love cats right too right? tehee. Hope you guys will enjoy reading this post!

Where do I find my cats? 

I kept telling my mom that I want a cat but instead of buying a cat from the pet shop, I wanted to adopt one. Because I really wanted to adopt one, my mom actually brought home a stray cat that she found near the supermarket for me but the cat couldn't adapt to a new environment (it kept meowing wanting to go out and it was afraid of us) so we eventually had to return it back to the supermarket. lol. The second time,  the opposite of the situation we had before, some random stray cat kept trying to get in to our house so we let it in. It was a cute friendly cat, really friendly and wasn't afraid of us at all. We fed it but it kept meowing nonstop. We let it out because we thought it wanted to get out but then it kept meowing to get in back, lol. It turned out that she actually want to pee and poop and it probably wanted to pee/poop in a litter box that's why she kept meowing. The cat probably is someone else's cat because it is trained to pee/poop in a litter box. When my mom usually let it out from our house, it'll meow again wanting to get in but the last time my mom let it out, it didn't come back. I was upset because my mom let it out at first and I already get attached to it but then it probably for the better. I'm hoping it didn't come back because the cat already found its owner. My neighbor is a teacher and she's really busy so she couldn't take care of her cats. She knows that I'm looking for a cat to adopt so she told my mom she has two kittens that she couldn't take care of. My mom let me know about it and I was really happy. Like finally! I initially wanted to get only a cat but because they're siblings I felt bad of separating them so I decided to take care the two of them. My cats were around 1-2 months that time (they were really small and so cute ; o ; <3). That's how I find my cats, haha. It was hard to take care of them at first but then I'm really really glad that we take them in! 

What do I call my cats? 

I named them Miki and Hiro! Don't ask me how I got those names because I seriously don't know how I came up with those names, haha. Whenever I go to the vet, they keep writing Miki as Mickey and Hiro as Hero.... It's Miki (ミキ) and Hiro (ヒロ)! lol. At first we just called them "white" and "black", hahaha! I suggested a lot of names too but finally ended up with Mikihiro! 

MIKI

Miki likes flowers a lot. She likes to play with my mom's mini sized plastic sunflowers. She'll carry it around by using her mouth then actually brings it to us. She'll meow after that to let people know that she brings flower lol. 

• Miki bites especially your foot if you makes her mad
• She has a really loud purring sound!!
• She'll also keep meowing if she carries something on her mouth to show to us. 
• She's my alarm! She always wakes me up (only me) to ask me to pet her.
• Miki loves airconditioner! 

Doesn't Miki reminds you of oreo cake or a marshmallow? haha. Miki is a shy cat but she's better now! I used to think she doesn't like us petting her but it actually just because she was shy! (she still is tho! When we call her, she wants to come but she just stop and stare lol then when we actually stop calling, after one minute or so she finally comes). Before this she doesn't really come close to us at all and she had this princessy feels to her! lol. It was hard to approach her (she'll run away when we try to pet her). Miki is kind and she was a mature cat (yes she was a mature cat when she was hard to approach and still had her princessy side of her lol) but now after we found out that she's just shy, she's actually such a cutie pie! She actually gets jealous of Hiro very easily too! haha. She's still kind though, she always let Hiro eats first (we feed both of them at the same time but she always eat after Hiro is finished with his meal) and she'll let us pet Hiro instead of her. I'm not sure whether she does it sincerely for Hiro or it's just because Hiro likes to bully her ever since they're little so she's afraid of Hiro, lol. 

Miki reminds me of a white fox

It's really cute when she gets jealous of Hiro! Miki is a very clever cat too (idk why but I actually feel awkward calling them a cat sometimes even they're cats. They just feel like my little sister and brother, haha. Instead of pets, they're part of my loving family). There was one time when me and my mom was looking for Hiro (Hiro likes to hide when he's afraid of something), my mom was looking at downstair and I was about to go upstair to look for Hiro. We kept calling Hiro's name then Miki who was at downstair that time with my mom suddenly ran up to the upstair after hearing we kept calling Hiro's name so I followed her. She went straight behind our sofa that placed near the wall then she came out from behind the sofa. Soon after that, Hiro came out from behind the sofa too! She knew that we were looking for Hiro so she kinda showed to us that Hiro was behind of that sofa! I was quite surprised. After that I told my mom I that wanted to try to call Hiro's name again to see whether Miki will show me where Hiro's whereabout again so I kept calling Hiro's name after that but instead of showing me where Hiro was, she came close to me then she bit my arm! lol. It's like she bit me because she's mad that even she's near with me, I didn't pet and play with her but instead I'm looking for Hiro. Haha. Or it's because she knows I'm not looking for Hiro for real and just because I wanted to test her, haha.

Recently Miki really hates it if I call Hiro's name! Instead of Hiro, she'll come when I call Hiro's name! lol. I know she's jealous of Hiro so one day she doesn't want to play when I was trying to play with her so I said to her "Miki if you don't want to play with me, I'll call Hiro's name. Hiro, Hiro, Hiro!~" then when she actually heard that, she started to play! lol. Ever since that, I like to tease her by calling Hiro's name. Sometime she'll meow too wanting me to stop calling Hiro's name, haha. If Miki doesn't want to play or she stops playing because she's already tired, I will call Hiro's name just to make she play. I'M SO EVIL, LOL. And this only works when I do it, not my brother or my mother! haha. I feel like Miki loves me the most, she only wakes me up and she only gets jealous when I call Hiro's name. I guess it's because she's close with me the most.

Miki is a really brave cat too.. but too brave.. My mom said she chased three dogs when my mom let her play outside.. Luckily my mom was around so the dogs ran away (not sure they're afraid of a big fat cat or just because my mom was around, haha). She isn't afraid of strangers too (unlike Hiro). Instead of being afraid of them, she gets along well with our guests.

HIRO

Hiro is very talk-active! He really loves to talk ;- when he want to call us, when he's hungry, when he wants us to pet him, when he wants to go out, when he has to go to his litter box and when he's mad if we annoys him, lol.

• Hiro really really likes to be pampered.
• Hiro has an addiction with my brother's socks. It's very mysterious. It's like catnip to him... //laughs
• Hiro knows how to open door very well. Once he opened the door when my brother was taking shower. That day I saw something I shouldn't had.. but I had a great laugh! haha.

If Miki reminds me of something sweet, Hiro reminds me of a lion. I really like the colors of his fur! I like his "birthmarks" on his nose and around his mouth too. Miki wakes me up but Hiro wakes my mom up if my mom still doesn't wake up even after the alarm has rung, lol. He'll keep meowing nonstop until my mom wakes up. This past 2 days Hiro has been waking me up too! He wakes me up waaaay earlier than Miki. Miki knows how to stop if I won't wake up but not Hiro. Hiro will keep meowing until you wake up.... OTL.. Hiro has the longest meow (it sounds like "meaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa") too, lol. It's seriously long. Unlike his name which people often mistaken as (hero), he acts the opposite. He's a coward, lol. Not sure if it's my fault because I surprised him big time when he was still a kitten or what but he's really afraid of a lot of things. He's afraid of strangers (he'll hide whenever people he doesn't know come to our house) and he's afraid of loud noises too. Hiro acts tough all the time but he's a /scaredy cat/. Well I guess that isn't something too weird for a cat to get scared of but Miki isn't afraid of those at all.

It's hard to take photos of Miki but it's extremely easy for Hiro! Miki moves around a lot so it's hard to capture. Most pictures of Miki I've are when she's sleeping, lol. Hiro is really photogenic! He knows how to pose well too. Sometimes he looks straight away at the camera lens ✧ Good job, Hiro! Hiro likes to bully Miki a lot! Ever since they were small Hiro bullies Miki a lot. Most of the time Miki just sits there daydreaming and then there comes Hiro suddenly runs to Miki then bites her neck.. Miki actually is stronger and bigger than Hiro but she always let Hiro wins except when Hiro really pisses her off (because most of the time it's Hiro who starts the fight!), she will fight with all her might then Hiro will get scared and then started to get angry to Miki by 'screaming' to Miki, lol. 

Hiro who conquers all your places

Who's the naughtiest between the two of them? The answer is Hiro! He's like a spiderman, except that... he's a spidercat (cough lol sorry). He likes to climb high places then he'll cry wanting to get down.. like seriously.. why do you even climb up there if you want to get down soon after that, Hiro? Then he'll be afraid to get down even with my help too.. He just loves high places! I should get him a cat tower one day. Hiro really really likes to be pampered too, he's just like a small baby who keeps crying asking for attention, asking for people to love and pet him. ❤ He's just an adorable small boy. He loves to sit on my lap. He'll keeps crying until you give him attention. Hiro's favorite sleeping places are inside of the bathroom and behind the door but sometimes he's basically everywhere (on my bed, my chair, behind the curtain and so on lol). 

Hiro strange addiction to my brother's socks is unknown. lol. Once my mom carries him upstair because it's sleeping time and we were surprised to see he brought along my bro's sock... If Miki is close with me the most, Hiro is close with my mom the most. He's a mummy's boy, haha.

What my cats have in common?

1. People often ask, "do your cat bites?" the answer is yes. Hahaha. But both of them likes to bite especially foot when they're mad or if we annoys them. 
2. They're a very picky eater. They don't like wet food much.
3. They both love blanket. 
4. They love to play outdoor.
5. They'll come if you call their names (unless when they're both playing outdoor.. it's just hard to make them come back home..) and Hiro usually answers when you call him. 
6. Both of them dislike their bath time..
